| Step 1 | Visit or contact a branch by telephone to tell one of our representatives of the problem you are having. All representatives are fully trained to assist with your query. There is a form available at a branch or on our website. | |
| Step 2 | If a representative is unable to resolve your dispute or there is a requirement to escalate the matter, the Resolution Deparmtment will assist you further. | |
| Step 3 | If the Resolution Department is unable to assist you, a Company Director will personally make contact with you to assist with the problem. | |
| Hardship Applications | Contact the Resolution Department above by phone, email or in writing. A form is available at a branch and electronically for this request. |
